those warlike lads in Russia, They fought all in one mind

Hey all. Texting this update from my PSP, yep, computer is still dead.

Just got back from CASINO ROYALE. Henceforth to be known as the best damn film of 2006, i shit you not!

Also the only Bond film that matters anymore.

I mean, i don't know how i could go back to any other film in the series after that 140 slice of coolcake with a side of awesomesauce.

Thats it until i can get to a keyboard.

One more thing about Casino Royale--Caterina Murino makes me wanna buy rubbers.

I can't wait to see this! But it's gonna haveta wait till next week.

Indeed, Eva Green is gorgeous.
(I'm a hetero woman and don't find it frightening to appreciate the beauty of the opposite sex.)

But this is not the reason for my comment....

Steve, I noticed somewhere on your blog that you are connected to/employed by Microplay?

I'm seeking a game for myself for Christmas. Since I've had a child, I don't play that much anymore. The gamer in me has found other quests!

But I miss it and I was thinking about playing self-Santa and getting ME some toys this year!

I was considering F.E.A.R. but I'm really in the mood for something like Gabriel Knight: Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned. (Some action-adventure with romance and tasteful sex in it would be nice, but I don't think that exists.)

My god, all this makes me sound a bit... pervy.

I think I'm gonna have to create my own game. An adventure role-player with some 3PS aspects. And yeah, with romance baby.

In the past I've played No One Lives Forever, Deus Ex, Rogue Squadron, Half Life... all the Dooms and Quakes and Unreal Tournaments, etc.

Any recommendations?

Sounds like The Indigo Prophecy is right up your alley. Kind of old school adventure with some action-y bits. I loved it. It's available for Pc/PS2/Xbox. The PC version is all gussied up with purdy graphics :)

Plot is thus - you play as a dude who enters some kind of trance in a New York city diner - proceeds to the rest room, and murders another client. You also play as the police detectives trying to piece together the events of said murder and apprehend Character A. Very cool game with a bit of an occult twist.

hey.. I was gonna suggest that one! PC has the nice graphics..but I found the control scheme to be a pain in the butt. My girlfriend and I loved the game.but after a while we gave up on it. i'd love to try it on a console. :)
